His work is grounded in compassion, practical guidance, and evidence-based approaches that help clients build resilience, improve relationships, and create meaningful change.David has extensive experience working with youth and families and is particularly passionate about helping clients through anxiety, trauma, parent-child conflict, life transitions, and personal development. As a Certified Sports Psychology professional, he also works with athletes to strengthen mental performance, develop confidence, and achieve their goals both in competition and in life.David believes that counseling is a collaborative process and strives to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.
